Vapor Point takes every opportunity to join with our industry partners in giving back to the communities in which we work. On Tuesday, May 24, 2016 Vapor Point helped sponsor Total Safety's annual "Helping Heroes" charity golf tournament, held at the beautiful La Cantera Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas

What started as a small, four-team tournament in 1988 has grown to become one of the industry's premiere charity tournaments in Texas, with more than 75 teams and 300+ participants. Proceeds from tournament sponsorships help support “heroes” whose mission is to improve the lives of children, families, and service men and women. Since its inception in 1988, Total Safety has donated nearly $800,000 to charities from proceeds of the tournament.

Last week was nothing less than amazing. Thank you so much for your participation in our 19th Annual Helping HEROES Charity Golf Tournament. What was most impressive about this event was all of us coming together to make a huge impact in the lives of people who need it most. I am proud to stand by your side as a partner as we continue to show our continued faith in how people really can make a difference.

I am pleased to share that, together, we raised over $180,000 that went directly to 3 deserving charities: Sky High for St. Jude, Combat Marine Outdoors, and Krysta’s Karing Angels. This exceeded our goal of $175,000 and was $70,000 more than 2015. I’m humbled by this show of support and want to thank you for stepping up and showing what your organization stands for. Without you, we would not have been able to reach our collective goal.
